Title: El que temprano se moja, tiempo tiene de secarse: If you get wet early, you’ll have time to dry off

Description: This collage on paper is part of a series based on dichos, or Mexican proverbs. For this piece, I sought shades of blue like those I have seen in Mexican paintings (as well as painted houses, paint spilled on a village sidewalk, and a graffiti-painted subway train in Mexico City).
